change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit, provided that:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Faulty or Misrepresented Products

Under Victorian consumer law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product you purchased:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it had you known about the issue.
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • Is unsafe or is not of acceptable quality (i.e., it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, breaks easily, or isn’t durable).

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. We will assess the item and, if deemed faulty, you can choose between a refund, repair, or replacement.

  3. We will guide you through the return process, including shipping instructions if needed.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
